Serving Earth Observation Start-Ups

PARSEC is a business accelerator funded under EU’s “Horizon 2020” Research and Innovation programme. It supports the creation of new, Earth Observation-based products and services by targeting SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs, and researchers who seek to impact the emerging Food, Energy and Environment sectors.

In addition to equity-free funding, coaching, matchmaking and promotion, the accelerator also provides a suite of business catalysts for transforming data into market-ready services. Further, through a dynamic online environment, it provides access to market and technology information relevant for the development of products and services. As an additional, unique feature, the PARSEC accelerator provides start-ups with access to technological and market access tools (Big Data Toolbox, In situ Data Hub, eoMALL).

Evenflow has been instrumental in designing the acceleration programme and in bringing together the right partners to deliver it. We have also developed and implemented the Market Trends Observatory , which provides the targeted innovators with valuable information concerning market developments, market regulation or policy, market success stories, procurement plans and future opportunities.
