What we do

Demonstrating space-powered benefits in cities across Europe
Mar 2016 - May 2016

The European Space Expo was a travelling exhibition organised by the European Commission to raise awareness around the European Space programmes within the general public. Active between 2012 and 2016, it showcased the space-based services and applications made possible by the EU flagship programmes EGNOS, Galileo, and Copernicus in 33 cities across Europe. The exhibition had over one million visitors over four years.

Evenflow’s role

Our directors have been involved in the European Space Expo since its inception and continued supporting it even after Evenflow was founded. This included:

  • The end-to-end organisation of Space Expo Athens, with over 100,000 visitors in one week
  • Operational and strategic contributions to the deployment of the Expo in several countries across Europe
  • The delivery of multiple presentations on Copernicus, Galileo, and space exploration to schoolchildren, university students, and specialised groups
  • Contributions to the design and content of the communication material presented in the Expo
