PCP WISE is a European project that brings together public authorities to develop new tools for managing water in a changing climate. The project supports the creation of practical, data-driven solutions that help anticipate risks such as floods, fires and infrastructure impacts in rural and urban areas.
During the first months of the project, Evenflow developed the dissemination plan, including stakeholder engagement and the definition of target audiences.
Together with Aerospace Valley, we manage the Stakeholder Observatory Group (SOG), creating a space for public authorities, experts, and solution providers to exchange ideas and collaborate. We also support G.A.C with outreach activities that help keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
