SatCEN MUSO
Duration
01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025

MUSO is a SatCen-led analytical service under the Copernicus Security Service, focused on delivering Multi-Source Migration Analytical Assessments through rigorous research and intelligence analysis for EU border surveillance and irregular migration management. At its core, MUSO emphasises in-depth OSINT synthesis, trend forecasting, and multi-source intelligence fusion, drawing on satellite GEOINT from Copernicus Sentinels/third-party systems, maritime trackers, and socio-economic datasets, to generate evidence-based insights on smuggling networks, route dynamics, and pressure indicators.

It equips Frontex and EUROSUR with intelligence products derived from real-world activation cases, quantifying migration flows and criminal enablers, via structured analytical frameworks. MUSO highlights cross-cutting intelligence findings on route evolution and threat convergence, evaluates research methodologies for validation and foresight accuracy.

Evenflow’s role

Evenflow participates in a consortium led by INDRA and leads research and intelligence analysis via OSINT synthesis, trend forecasting, and intelligence fusion. Directing GEOINT tasking from third-party sources, Evenflow aligns geospatial products with priorities on smuggling networks and migration routes, integrating the findings into evidence-based reports. The generated outputs are provided to EU SatCen and integrated into EUROSUR fusion services, supporting real-time border management and policy plannin
