This project aimed to expand the use of Earth Observation (EO) data within official statistics, supporting the development of more timely, granular, and policy-relevant indicators. By complementing traditional statistical sources with EO data, the project contributed to more responsive and innovative approaches to public decision-making within the Copernicus framework.
Evenflow supported stakeholder engagement, coordination, and dissemination, acting as a bridge between EO experts, national statistical offices, and policy users. The work focused on clarifying user needs, promoting EO-enabled statistical use cases, and increasing awareness of EO’s added value for smart statistics.
