CACTUS is a EUMETSAT activity focused on training researchers, scientists, students and practitioners in the use of atmospheric composition data. The project supports user capacity building through structured learning pathways, practical case studies, user guides and hands-on training formats tailored to both online and onsite delivery.
Evenflow leads the consortium implementing the project. In collaboration with FMI, MEEO and the Academy of Athens, the team supports the design, organisation, and delivery of training activities, acting operationally on behalf of EUMETSAT. This includes designing training programmes, developing case studies and user guides, moderating and delivering webinars, and preparing learning environments using user-friendly tools (e.g. MOODLE).
The work prioritises effective learning design and delivery rather than standalone communication assets, with most outputs published through EUMETSAT’s own channels.
